    If you don\u2019t refill after wo months you might lose your phone number and you might have to buy a new SIM card.

    We recommend not to do it.

    No. Valid only in the USA and might be in Canada (Only 50$ plan)

    Yes, you can change

    7 How long can I keep my number without refill?
    Two months.

    8 How can I call Turkey from the USA?
    You can use any free app (like WhatsApp), or you can buy minutes from Dunya Telecom (www.dunyatelecom.com<\/a>)

    9 How can my friends call me from Turkey?
    They can use popular Apps or use your Dunya Telecom account to call you.

    10 How can I reach you if my account is inactive?

    11 How do I know if this SIM card will work in my phone?
    Your phone needs to be 4G compatible. Also, during the activation, we will be able to enter your IMEI number and check it out.

    12 Can I use a different phone (a different IMEI) later on?
    Yes, as long as you use your SIM card in the original phone very first time you use your SIM

    13 Is there any Hotspot feature on any of these plans?
    Only $50 plan has Hotspot feature.

    14 How long after I purchased a SIM will arrive at my address?
    Normally 3 business day. We recommend not to wait till last minute and request a SIM card at least a week before your travel date

    15 Is there any refund if my SIM card does not work in the USA?
    You check your coverage area (Zip Code) before making a purchase. Also, your phone IMEI is checked out to make sure it works. You do check these out during purchase. A refund can be made if the SIM card is not shipped out to you yet.

    16 Do I pay a shipment fee for my SIM?
    No.

    17 Can you ship a SIM card to my address in the USA.
